EJs Neighborhood Pizzeria and Italian Eatery is an upscale casual service restaurant without a wait staff. This concept is new to the immediate community and rare to the greater Houston area. The restaurant-savvy customer is looking for a great meal, at a fair price, in a clean and inviting environment that focuses on making everyone feel welcome. "EJ's" is located in Cypress, Texas (Northwest Houston, Texas).
"EJs" serves only high-quality food. The design of the menu offers a wide variety of items but is simple enough not to detract from the execution or quality of the menu. Fresh produce, meats and cheeses are used to prepare the menu items. All pastas, dough, sauces, salads and desserts are prepared daily in order to ensure that only the freshest products are being served. No meal will be served with inferior food products.
The base of the menu is made-to-order pizzas, pastas and sandwiches. We also offer appetizers, side salads and desserts. As "EJs" is "a place where everyone feels welcome.", we specifically cater to the families in the community having a uniquely designed "Kids Only" area.
"EJ's" is a family owned and operated restaurant by Eric and Anne Lippmann who are residents in the immediate area. Together they have over 25 years of restaurant and hospitality experience working for great companies such as Walt Disney World, Cafe Express and Marriott.
Eric and Anne designed this restaurant with years of professional experience combined with their personal lives. Their four operating principles are: Hospitality, Service, Quality and Cleanliness, they believe without any of the four of these principles, they will no longer be successful. They are passionate about their restaurant and wants you to feel as if "EJ's" is your neighborhood restaurant.
